I previously had my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer and was very disappointed. None of the stains were removed. I called ChemDry and Zack came out exactly on time. He spent close to 3 hours on my carpet. He was able to remove the stains. Zack was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I was very impressed with Zack and would request him for my next time. He was professional an very polite.

They did a wonderful job on the carpets. My carpet came out very clean. When I called about a mistake they had made, the manager came out to the house the next day and fixed it immediately. So happy with this company. They really do care about their customers.

Hector did a complete review of the areas to clean and gave me a detailed explanation of what he would do. He worked methodically but not rushed making sure that the carpets were fully cleaned. The end result are sparkling clean carpets.

Mindy came over to help us out with a warranty claim for our Ashley Furniture couch (our dog had an accident on a seat cushion). She not only deep cleaned our couch cushion and left it in great condition, she was absolutely delightful and took the time to explain the process and how to care for our furniture fabrics and carpet. I will definitely be contacting her again for our next carpet cleaning.
